ive been having this problem for a while and havent been able to figure it out. on certain websites(most notably google videos) the images are noy being displayed, i dont even get an empty placeholder(not sure if this is the correct term) with a little red X, it is like the images dont exist. have been through the forums for the last hour and havent found any previously posted advice, if i missed something sorry.
this is what i have tried
-deleted all offline content in temp. internet files
-Verified that show pictures has not been turned off in Internet options
-Made sure scripting, ActiveX controls, cookies, and Java applets are enabled in Internet Explorer
-made sure the encoding was on auto select
-i use mcafee security center and have configured the firewall to accomadate internet explorer

if you can think of anything else i can do i would be very grateful.

This suggests to me that a plugin is not installed. Have you got the latest version of Adobe Flash Player?

thanks for the warm welcome, i have version 9,0,28,0 installed i believe it is the latest, how would i go about installing this plugin.
