Exclamation big problem plz help

Hey,
I recently re-installed windows and wiped my hard drive because of some big virus problems. So i called the computer company and the person led be through the steps and i reinstalled windows and was all happy for a while. When i started to install some of my games, and programs, whenever i started to install is says (There is already a copy of this program, Proceed anyways?) and i had to say yes, because it doesnt show up in any folders, control panel or anywhere....ive looked in the BOOT.INI looking for another copy of windows and all that but it says everythings fine. I dont have many things installed, yet my 40 gigs or space are almost all used up. Its like nothing got deleted. It would be really helpful if someone could help me because not even the computer company will help me. Please and thanks you. -Rob

Hi BigRob, welcome to the PCHF.

If you did a "repair" install of windows, this would cause this sort of thing.
If a repair installation was done - the virus also would most likely still be on the computer.

Can you please follow the Prework link in my signiture and post the resulting logs?
