Default [Fixed] PC going crazy.

ok this is along one, and i`l try to make as little speling mistaces as i can

well i have afew problems:
1) somtimes i have an error when i`m opening difrent internet pages that is giving me a choise to "DEBUG) or not somthing.
2)i have that realy old problem(once untill now) that my pc is rebooting automaticly after counting 1 minut.
3)my emule started to work realy slow after i instaled "INF drivers" from original motherboard cd. (where can ifend them to update them couse ithink the like 2 years old)
4) i have problems vith my nvidia7600 card in some games exp: (doom 3 is working good on ultra grafics and other games like COMPANY OF HEROES is going slow on low details.
MY SPECS ARE:
*NVIDIA 7600 WITH THE LATES DRIVERS
*P4 3GH
*1G OF MEM
*250G SATA 2 H.D.
*WIN XP SP1 (ANY ONE KNOW WHERE I CAN UPDATE IT TO SP2)

and thats about it.

Hi Rufus!

First on your problem 3) , please read the Rules, we do not support P2P software. You can find the rules in my signature.

On 1), are you using internet explorer? Does the problem occur when visiting pages that contain java, of flash?
On 2), it really count's one minute? I mean with a message that says that the system will shut down?

You'd be able to update to SP2 through Windows Update.

1) i think yes when i`m visiting flash pages or somthing like that
2) and yes it is counting down 1 minut
3) never mind the p2p soft, bit where can i find the data on the inf drivers on my pc to chek if there is new apdated drvers for them

Well the countdown would be a (very nasty) virus. I hope our Malware experts can help you on that.
Can you try reinstalling Flash, via macromedia.com?
