Dear sir/Madam

I recently upgraded to Windows IE7 because on Windows IE6 I had lost network diagnostics in Help and Support

When I clicked Network diagnostic in IE7 I got following message:
"This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

What is framedyn.dll?
How do I reinstall it.

I have amazed myself. I download framedyn.dll and extracted it with Winzip and installed it in c/windows/System32 and it has cured the problem at long last.
