Windows XP/2000 - how do i hook a tv up to my pc posted in the Operating Systems forums; i have a ati radeon 9550 graphics card and would like to connect a tv to it i plugged the tv in with the yellow wire supplied with the graphics ...

Unhappy how do i hook a tv up to my pc
i have a ati radeon 9550 graphics card and would like to connect a tv to it i plugged the tv in with the yellow wire supplied with the graphics card the pc says its plugged in but nothings coming up on the tv ?
please help

Hi mongoose.

Does it just show a black screen? or your background wallpaper?

You need to treat it just as a monitor with a max resolution of 1024x768 - dependingon the quality of the tv.
