Default Start Up Help

I could use some help with this if Possible. When I start up my PC It goes into a menu like this before going to my desktop.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this so i just start my pc up it loads and then goes straight to my desktop. I hate having to wait for it to load up and then if I go away end up having to click enter so that it goes to my desktop. Thanks in advance,

//dave.

Do you have a password set? If you do then there is no avoiding this screen. If not, you can change the login process to "Welcome Screen" and it should then go straight in.

Disable the Welcome Screen in XP Pro
