Default [Fixed] IE7 uninstalled, IE will no longer open

Hey, I uninstalled Internet Explorer because some applications wouldn't run properly with it. Now, as before, IE6 won't open. There was some link somewhere in windows explorer, but that's too much hassle. Plus, the program(s) will no longer run because they don't know where to find IE6 as the normal location is gone.

Hope you guys can fix this >_<

If it's easier I have AIM and YiM.

Thanks.

Hey bem,

I deleted your usernames off this thread, before you start getting a massive unwanted people trying to contact you. Also we can only communicate via this forum.

You can re-install Internet Explorer, from My Computer, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components and Internet Explorer will show up here. Untick if it's already ticked and complete the wizard to uninstall. Then go back and put the tick back to install again.

bem, did anything go wrong during the reboot? The reboot takes slighly longer than normal, as this is when the remaining IE6 files are restored.
