I've a problem with my computer. it's operated on Windows XP. If I want to open any executable files or insert any cd, the screen will start blinking continuously and then automatically restart or shut down by itself. According to some computer experts, it's a virus attack and they recommended me to re format the disk. i've format the disk for many times but it seems doesn't work. Can you help me????????????????????????????????

If you have reformatted the drives then it is much less likely to be a virus attack and is more probably related to hardware conflict or failure. Did you build the PC or is it a "shop-built" model?
