Default How to uninstall service pack 2?

May i know how to uninstall windows xp service pack 2 if there are no archive files of it? I have recently installed windows xp with service pack 2 and it's interfereing with my installation of my motherboard intel express installer CD. With the following installation message error "EIsetup.EXE" internal error - process timed- out", "6A.Tmp unknown error". I suspect it might be the service pack 2 which maybe the culprit. please enlighten me

Hi Lebron,

I am so sorry that this was not attended to earilier. Can you please post the specifics of your Motherboard, and whether you upgraded to SP2 or if it came with your XP install, as well as what version you are running.

In the mean time, have you checked to make sure that you have the most current BIOS for your Motherboard?

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN
