Hi! After I used my pc for sometime and wanted to shut down, it will alway just jam there and I have to reset it with the reset button and than shut down from there to work. I just installed Spybot and AVG. Could they be the problem?

So it hangs on shutdown?

Once you've installed it you don't need to do anything, and it should hopefully resolve your problem.

I'm not such if you can say it hangs as nothing happens. I still can move the mouse around so when I try to shut down from the first faled shutdown than it hangs and I would have to reset from the reset button.

Have you tried Bugsey's suggestion?

Yep that's the problem i had Shellfish my Suggestion up above worked for me .
