My H.P. presario pentium 4, 2.8 Ghz H.T. recently added a notepad on my desktop showing :hs_err_pid3388 as attached. Hope somebody able to tell me what has gone wrong and how to rectify it.

What is the problem exactly. The log file you attached seems to be some sort of Java error from a web based application. Most likely a fault with the program itself. Did you get a blue screen of death?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

There is no blue screen of death and pc has no problem.
Just worried there might be a problem. Pc runs normally,
do I just ignor it or something needs to be done ?
