Windows XP/2000 - D:\ is not a valid Win32 application posted in the Operating Systems forums; i got my new pc today and i put in medieval two total war and it did not auto run so i opened my computer and clicked on the dvd ...

i got my new pc today and i put in medieval two total war and it did not auto run so i opened my computer and clicked on the dvd drive and this appeared

Hi Hallidaycc

Did you try opening the game folder and clicking the Autorun icon?
Is the game installed on the pc anyway?

yes, and it just says the same error message

no the game is not installed

Most games need installing and then you still have to insert the disk when you want to play it.
Have a look for the install.exe or setup.exe icon in the folder.
