Default can't go full screen when watching videos online

i cant go into full screen when watching movies/videos on the internet. I know only certain sites allow such. But for example the website <timvui.com>, a vietnamese website, it won't lemme go into full screen so I tried it on my roomates computer and it did allow users to watch full screen.

I kinda know that this problem has to do with plugins for my browser, firefox, but i don't know what exactly to do. Please help. Thank you in advance.

I do not like IE much so haven't been using it so I forgot to try it before posting this topic. But I'm trying to use IE again on my laptop and I can't seem to find it. I went to START menu and looked everywhere but it seems that IE disappeared. Hmm. this is weird, how would I get to IE again? I know Internet Explorer was originally on my laptop, which was 3 months ago when i bought it. Then I realized IE takes too much RAM and too much bugs so i used Firefox instead. But yeah I can't get to IE anymore.

If it's possible I'd love to know how to fix this problem with the Firefox Browser. Thankx much in advance!
