I installed IE 7. I have 2 versions of Adobe Acrobat on my computer, version 3.0 is used by a bible application I use often and version 7.0 is the one I have designated in Windows Explorer to open all PDF files. Each version is on a seperate harddrive. The problem is that when I try to view a PDF file online IE 7 starts version 3.0 which does not work with most newer PDF files. How can I get IE to start version 7.0 just like Windows Explorer does?

Reinstall verison AR 7 and that should auto set it as default. Your Bible software doesn't let you use the newest version of Acrobat Reader? Thats odd.
Now that I think about it, software like that does have a tendency to be a little harder to work with since it is usually one programmer doing it all. Thats my expirience with software like EasyWorship and Media Shout anyway. Last edited by tractordriver88; 12-02-2006 at 02:28 AM. |
