Default Profile won't let programs run...

I work at a library, and we have a computer with Public Web Browser on it, and one of the profiles on the computer that I did not set up has PWB starting on logon automatically. I have no problem with this, but I tried to also have the Windows LPR Spooler run from the startup folder of this profile also, and it won't work.

Nothing placed in the startup folder will run automatically on this profile, nor will anything placed in the 'run' section of the registry... not to mention I can't find the entry that is telling PWB to run... any ideas on how I can get the profile to allow programs to run?

Hi ktulu, sorry about the delay in repsonse.

Can you tell me if the computer in question is joined to a Domain? Or is there a specific IT company that your library uses? If so...I'd suggest giving them a call...if you're it, and there's no Domain...then I'll be more thenw ill to help you out

Let me know!
