Cool [Pending] Stop error
Dear Sir/Madam

I have just upgraded my pc by upgrading my memory Motherboard RAM from 256 MB to 512MB.

Because the 2 that were put in were in conflict with my original PC133, 256MB, I settled for 2 new 256MB being installed.

Already I have had the same error three times.

It is called a Windows stop error.An error message on a blue screen. Each time I have had to restart my pc.

Cause unknown device driver.[This is the same as it was before the memory upgrade.]

It stated: " You received this message because a device driver installed on your computer caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This type of error is referred to as a "stop error". A stop error requires you to restart your computer."

How do I solve this problem please.

After this occurs:
- Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer and click on the System section.
- Look for event 1001, which should have the following information:

Event ID: 1001
Source: Save Dump
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.The bugcheck was ?
...A dump was saved in:.......?

- This will tell you where the location of the dump file is. Can you attach the dump file back here?
