when the pc starts dont you see the pc counting your ram? at this time you have to press f1 or f2 or delete. Dont wait until you get the option between windows XP home or f8

OK, that worked! I had about two seconds to press the F1 key on the Dell screen. I got into the bios and adjusted the boot order. I am writing this post in Ubuntu. It works very well, even from a live disk. I might be back with a few questions about partitioning if i decide to install the OS on my hard drive for dual boot. Thanks alot guys!

Cool i hope you like it! The only gripe with the live cd is the speed to boot from it!
