The exact instructions are normally either on a readme.txt file or on the website you downloaded from.

The files you downloaded will come with an executable file, normally awdflash.exe and either a .bin or and .rom file? (If not, point me to where you downloaded the util and I'll check out the util first).

Make a note of those files. When you startup with the floppy disk, at the end, you will encounter a prompt.

a:\>

From here you need to start the flash utility by typing in the name of the executable (awdflash.exe). If your using this utility, you will see a screen similar to:

This will be where you enter the name of the .bin or .rom file.

Then you will be asked to backup your current BIOS. Call it something like old.bin, so that if anything goes wrong, you'll have a small chance of recovering.

You will then see the utility do it's job. If at any time you have a "Write Fail" message, whatever you do, don't reboot. Try the utility again, and if it fails for the second time, use the backup (old.bin) file to put your BIOS back to normal.

That's a wild-looking link you've got there... but it looks like the right place when you get there... I take it it's a dual-language machine.
That 'readme' file that madmonkey mentions ... do please read it. It will always contain some REALLY important piece of instruction or file-names Anything that might be important --WRITE IT DOWN. Entries in this process must be exact.
I mean no disparagement of your intelligence here... you would be amazed at people who say "yeah -- I saw the file but it did not "look important"-- and then they've got serious trouble-- because they did not read 6 lines of text.

to all who have been very kind in helping with this flash,a most sincere thanks. My update went off without a lot of trouble.
Problem was:
1. tried to boot with bios upgrade only on the floppy No go
2. combined bios upgrade and bootdisk files on one floppy also no go
What I fianally did was make separate boot disk, and bios upgrade disk.
I booted up with Bootdisk, then saw the A prompt, took out that floppy and put in the bios upgrade disk and typed at A prompt 'IFLASH.exe' and the upgrade progressed to sucess. then I recheck bios data and compaired it to what I had before
Soon, Onward to other updates as I get parts in.
Be safe
