Default lsass.exe Horrible things!!!

I've got the bad thing. Windows XP screen loads then I get this error. lsass.exe( password not valid). 2 seconds later the machine reboots. Unfortunately I dont have xp cd's or recover disks.(would be nice) I've seen a couple issues with this error but no fixes. Unlike others I will not wipe out the hard drive, and start over. Their has to a be a fix to this problem. Can anybody help. Any place I can download a bootable disk? Thanks

Hello Mallisa and welcome to pchf!
It sounds like a virus problem to me. This is only a guess. I hope someone on security will know a solution and lets us know real soon!
