Hi, it says '0200:failure fixed disk!, press F1 to resume, press Del to enter setup.

Ahh, Thank you.

Just a few more questions:
- Have your removed any hardware (HDD, Floppy drive or CD) from this PC? If not, can you make sure all of them are working properly?
- What make model PC/Laptop is this?

They are all working ok, i did not add/remove any thing from the pc.

Did you drop, bang or knock this laptop?
Laptops are notoriously fickle when it comes to hard drives.
