Default [Answered] my pc is broke and i dont know whats wrong

The last time i asked about this i got a bit of help but not what i needed. My pc keeps crashing when loading up windows when booting up it just freezes and doesnt come on until ive restarted the pc about 7 times. But if i go into my pc unplug the hardrive i use for games it will come on straight away, but after a couple of days it crashes again so i put the hard drive back in and it works. I have to keep unplugging it when it crashes and pulg it back in when it crashes again. I know its nothing to do with my pc overheating because its not and i have good cooling system and i have enough power to run everything so i dont know what the problem is. Also before all this happened my pc wasnt coming on and was making 1 long beep and2 short beeps so we thought it was the graphics card and sent it back the new one we got did the same thing, then when i took out one of my memory it came on. The problem here is that my mother board has 2 blue slots and 2 black slot for the memory. It ahould be 1 in the first blue slot and one in the second blue slot but the when the one in the second blue slot is in it makes that 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. At the moment i have one of my memory in the first blue slot and the one that was in the other blue slot in the black one next to the blue slot. I also tried my memory from my old pc and the same thing happened. Please help.
