Default [Pending] Blue screen of death, brand new laptop

We just got brand new Lenovo laptops for work. I installed our company's software (one program), our antivirus (command) and our LAN messenger. I then gave the first laptop to an employee and he called me the next day, saying he was getting the blue screen of death.

He claims all he did was transfer his files over. I would investigate that further, but the laptop is in the loop of starting up, getting the blue screen and restarting. I managed to get this information from one of the windows reports:
C:\DOCUME~1\Cadwell\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERfe3e.dir00\Mi ni111406-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Cadwell\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERfe3e.dir00\sy sdata.xml

That was all I managed to get before it crashed on me again. Any help at all is always appreciated!

Hi adigiorgio, those files are located on either the laptop or your computer and we can't access them.

Are you able to tell us what the 0x0 stop code number is? It will help us identify what the problem is so we can tell if it is hardware or software.

Have these programs been installed on an Unattended Setup?
Can you manage to get into Admin Tools, Event Viewer as a list from there would be good.

The 0x0 stop code is 0x0000008E

That was all I managed to get before it shut down. I got into the event viewer but just as I did it crashed on me again.

Unfortunately, that stop error is when Windows is trying to access an incorrect memory address so it can be related to anything.

Are you able to use safemode without it crashing?
