Default Running out of space

I have 3 HDDs on my computer C: (8 gig) D: (250 gig) and E: (250 gig)
C: has the operating system.

because C is so small I always install everithing on E.

My problem is that i have nevertheless finally run out of space on C.

I want to move C to a new bigger HDD. Is this possible? If not I'm SOL!

If I simply put in a new HDD and reinstall the OS I will lose critical registry and other data.

Can I somehow clone or image the old C: onto a new larger C

I have Windows XP

Thanks for your help.

Hi DogBot, welcome to the PCHF.
The file didn't get uploaded unfortunately, you can have it hosted at ImageShack® - Hosting - it's free

You can use Norton Ghost to clone your old hard drive to the newer bigger one...it's very simple to use, and fairly straight forward.

I believe you can download a trial version here Norton Ghost - Download that lasts for 15 days...
