Try using GParted- it is a small Linux LiveCD that has only one application- a partition editor. I used this program to resize my Windows XP partition to add Linux to my system. It resizes everything non-destructively (for what i used it for at least). You might want to get a second opinion though. It can edit FAT,FAT32,NTFS,and any Linux partition in an x86 based system.

Here's a link for you

(GParted stands for Gnome PARTition EDitor)

- Make sure your in manual mode when you enter Acronis:

- Right click on your second partition and Delete.
- Right click on your first Windows partition and then Resize.

- Press OK. When you are happy with your new arrangement, press the commit button.

- Finally, you will be asked to reboot!

All you need to do, is install Fedora again!

thanks for that dude but i have already tried it it wouldnt let me take a chunk of linix partion and move it to windows and thats what i really wanna do. i mean i dont mind losing linix and starting again it no that hard to install. i just want to take 10 gigs from linx and give it to the windows partion. if theres away to do it without losin linix thats a bonus but if i have to lose it i will jus need to no how to get rid of it or format the linix partiton so i can move the memory across to windoes then reinsatll linix in the ne smaller partion. i hope this makes sense lol.

Acronis Disk Director can handle any partition to my knowledge. I made a bootable disk with it, removed a Mandriva partition, and added that space to my windows ntfs partition.
