Default My harddrive got messed up, please help before I reformat.

So my harddrive got all messed up just now. I had plugged in a second HDD and then I restarted my comp, but before it stalled and gave me a bunch of errors. I thought I can just fix them once it reboots so i just clicked OK though all of them. But now my comp doesn't recognize my HDD anymore and I can't start it up. I had alot of stuff on there that I didn't back up, please if there's anything I can do it would really help.

Hello skygt,

Welcome to PCHF.

Can you explain what happened above in a bit more detail.

- Did you install windows on the new HDD?
- What error messages do you now get?
- Does your HDD appear in the post screen when you first boot?
