I recently bought a sandisk 512MB microSD card for my Samsung D600 phone. It worked but after a few days I wanted to try to boot an OS from the phone, so the card was formatted a few times. I gave up but now the phone can't access the card anymore, not even after I formatted it again as Fat16. The phone won't format the card anymore, and I have no idea how to get it working again anyone know anything about samsung phones and microsd cards?

I've had a bit of a look around and there seems to be a couple of trains of thought on this.
One is to format the card in the phone, which would be easy if you could acess it from the phone.
Second is to format it in a card reader, but you've done that.
Third, and the one I've seen most of, is to take it back under warranty to where you got it and they should replace it.
