You have to install it first, then in Display Properties / Apperance it gives you these options apart from Classic and Windows XP Style:

Windows and buttons

Aero Style (Glass - Beta 1)
Aero Style (Glass - Beta 2) *
Aero Style (Vista - Beta 1)
Aero Style (Vista - Beta 2)

Color Scheme

Glass - Dark *
Glass - Dark (Normal start button)
Glass - Light
Glass - Light (Normal start button)

Font

Segoe UI *

* This is one I use...

Cheers Arctos i will take a look sometime. Also if you look on long's blog he has wrote some stuff about the icons in vista and shows the packaging, quite an interesting read.

All of my icons are changed to the Vista ones, the new sound effects are great as well...
