Default Unable tofind album art

Ok so heres the problem, when i put a new song (Mp3) in my documents folder, windows downloads album art for that cd, now ive gone to properties and made hidden files visible but i still cant see them anywhere even with a search, even when i click on one of the folders with a picture and go to change picture and try to find it that way no luck, The only time i see them is when i open Nero to burn a cd it shows like 80 pictures, any ideas?

Are you viewing the folder as 'Thumb Nails'?

Make sure your not looking at the wrong folder. There are shared documents are well as your personal documents. They are stored in c:\documents and settings\all users\shared documents and c:\documents and settings\[your user name]\My Documents
