Default Locked out of signing in.

Can someone help me. My daughter's computer quick letting her girls sign in to myspace.com. I have looked in all the security settings and there is not reason for it. There must be something switched off or on somehow that prevents the signing in at this place. We did not lock them out, it just happened on it's own. We did what the myspace people said to do, empty cache etc. and nothing. Is there something in the reg preventing them or what can I do. Appreciate anyone's help on this. Sometimes she can't even log on to hotmail, so it's something in the settings or something, LOL and I can't find it or figure it out. Thanks!!!!!

Hello thebreezeone,

Welcome to PCHF,

Can you tell me the error message that appears?

Also, does this happen when she tries to logon or when she goes to the site itself?

Hi there! Here's what it says when she tries to log on at myspace.com:
You have to have an account. Well both these girls have an account and they can sign on just fine on my computer, it's just the one computer out in the living room that it won't let them sign on. We have 3, two desktops and one laptop. There is only one this happens to. Thanks for any help! Cindy

Sorry Cindy, I don't recognise that error message. Normally, it says something like "You Must be logged Logged-In to do that".

The only suggestions I can make, is to go into Word and type out the username and password you use. You wouldn't believe how many times a user has come to me saying they are unable to log on, and turned out to be a letter on their keyboard which doesn't work.

If any other technical member has any more experience with myspace, you will see further posts very shortly.

Well thank you so much anyway. It's just so wierd. I sure appreciate your help and hope someone can come with some type of solution. It's just plain locked out for some reason. I looked in the registry and couldn't find anything there, but I'm not that knowlegable for that stuff, LOL!
