when i turn on my pc it shows load screen then flips back off within seconds and continues to do the same thing in an endless loop.. ive tried the steps shown here in the following link:

No, right when i hit enter to go into safe mode or any other option the computer continues its endless restarting loop

It might be a fan failure, have a look inside the case to see if all the fans are still working.
Also look if everything is still connected right and in place.

Or else try to bootup with all none essential internal and external hardware removed.
