Once you get it back - ask them what the problem was and let us know the solution for future reference

If i had your pc in front of me - it'd be fixed in 10 minutes...mind is blank when the problem computer isn't staring me in the face.

Agreed here too. Oddly, the company that owns Alienware (Dell) - give 3 years as standard!

Come on alienware...what's up with that?

Hello Folks

Got my pc back today from the repair shop its seems My ram chip was causing it and my Lan Card, Both have now been removed and my pc is working fine again with both drives installed now,

It cost me £45 to get it repaired but now my hair can grow back (Ha Ha)

i have an alienware to.. i tried getting tech support for my problem but noooo my warrenty was expired and i was quickly drawn out in an advertisement to buy for 49.99 another years worth (barley understanding the salesperson) i quickly declined and started banging my head on my keyboard.
