Do they charge you for accessing drivers and downloads on their support site?? Or is that just for "live Support". You don't need a live chat session-- you just need to log on and download files.

I am afraid Iam not an expert on RAID arrays ... so maybe you'd be better of with Garhar or Madgamer.

Are you pushing the F6 button at the start of windows install?

Yes buddy it then asks me for my raid disk which i have done another copy of thanks to yourself, I select the xp version goes to windows setup then say Windows could not detect a Storage device press F3 to restart ?
