Windows XP/2000 - [Fixed] Windows restarting suddenly posted in the Operating Systems forums; Windows restarts suddenly and randomly. Upon boot up, theres this error message. Windows is updated and scanned. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks....

Default [Fixed] Windows restarting suddenly
Windows restarts suddenly and randomly. Upon boot up, theres this error message.



Windows is updated and scanned.

hey bear,

did you try to clean out your temp files to see if it helps the 2 files in that image are temp files

Done it. It was ok for a while, then the problem struck again. Any other solutions?

Hi Bear,

It may be from a particular website you are using, as the TEMP files are installed/downloaded (automatically sometimes) by websites and can cause all sorts of greif.

Can you please follow the prework link in my signiture, and post the resulting logs back - one of the security team will be able to have a look for you and see if there is any nasties there.
