After performing a clean install of my Windows operating system this is the order in which I load my system drivers, Chipset,Video, Audio and Network. Most all of my drivers install automatically all except my audio driver which I install manually with no problem. What I want to know is if updating the Chipset driver and the Video driver would I continue to update these drivers before installing the audio driver? More and likely I will be using a CD or floppy to install them but I just want to know if that is the correct order because Nvidia states that you should install their Video driver before installing any accelerator driver which this is exactly what I'd be doing by installing an Intel Accelerator driver in front of the Nvidia video driver. Could someone help me with this one please. Thanks in advance.

Hey Larkina!
It doesn't matter in what order you install the drivers! You may update other drivers first, before you install the sound drivers. Blue |
