Default jolty PC...

My computer is about 2 months old and has been working fine. Until yesterday... Firstly, the mouse pointer jolts across the screen, then, sometimes the pointer will freeze. But the mouse is still working, just the pointer is frozen in the centre of the screen so its impossible to do anything. I then have to restart the computer. Also my sound is wierd, any music is all horribly jolty and mixed up as if its plays the same track twice at the same time then stops it . I really dont have a clue what to do. I am sure there is somehting very wrong but I reckon both probs are connected. ANy help appreciated.

Welcome to PC help Forum TripSwitch.

Have you tried a different mouse in your PC?

With the sound, have you installed any new software recently that may be running when you play music?

can you also post the make and model of your pc. or the specs if it was custom built.
