Ok, now...

Every gateway machine has an automatic "rescue and recovery" function that when started, formats your computer and reinstalls windows for you all automatically.

There should be an option at startup (maybe f10 or f12) to start this process).

If not, let me know and i'll try and find a guide.

yeah I tried the f11 recovery thing but it didn't do anything but remove the 2nd startup screen I had, which was a good thing, but not what I wanted lol

and actually I'd like to let you know why I want to reformat as well, maybe you could help me with these things.. every time I go into my video folder it closes instantly before I can even open any files and run a dll as an app causes an error every time I open windows, I have to reload web pages twice to view most pictures, both ctrl keys quit working.. and I think that's all for now.. I tried using every antispyware and antivirus program that exists to fix these problems but no avail..

Hi, are you happy to lose everything on the hard drive? If you are - and you have a re-build CD (v.important!) then I have another way.
