Unhappy Pages blur

I recently had to reload WINXP SP2 and a problem recurred that I had during the original loading some years ago. Of course I didn't keep a copy of the fix. Upon going to any web page and scrolling (up, down, sideways) with my mouse, the type, pictures, ads (as if I cared about that) Blur. I know there is a very simple fix for this, but I've been fighting it for three weeks now and I'm stumped. Can anyone else who has had this problem help? Thank you in advance.

Hya Catmoves, welcome to PCHF.

Yup, there is indeed an very easy fix for that. You just need to install the drivers for your video card. But make sure to install the motherboard drivers first if you haven't done so already.

If you need help finding the right drivers then please post the model of video card you have.
