I have downloaded bootvis and then i ran next boot + driver delays and it restarted but when it restarted and came up with bootvis it said something like the trace file contains 0 physical drives.

could someone please help me run this program properly?

Here is a link with Bootvis instructions WeetHet - Windows - Improving Windows XP boot time

However you should know that Bootvis is not really needed on Windows XP (it was created for earlier operating systems) as XP has similar built in routines to optomise the boot times of you PC. It won't do any harm to run it though it wll usually show an initial improvement.
