Default Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem. Help.

Everytime I start my PC up this error message pops up saying Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needs to close. These are the Files that come up that seem to be causing the problem. Should I delete these to prevent the problem?
