Hot dang, Joe, you are the MAN! It's up and behaving (so far)! Now to see if the '05 update goes in trouble free.

(finger's crossed)...

OK, it still wants .NET installed, but the web is now accessable, so all should be fine from here on......SHOULD....but for now, we can call this situation resolved. Thanks to all again.
