I have just discovered some programs are missing from my PC - they are only minor programs but I just wonder wher they have gone. The PC calculator that came with XP is gone plus the games link in the all programs menu is now empty. I only had the XP games there (like solataire and spider solataire) but whenver I was bored I played them.

Hi, you can re-install these items by going to add/remove programs in Control Panel and selecting Windows Components. Make sure you have your XP cd handy.

They were somehow moved to a different folder/file location on my PC. I have problems with files moving before - I just moved them to the right location.

Perhaps follow the prework link to make sure someone isn't moving your files.

I have never seen any malware with that kind of behaviour.. I highly doubt it will be the case here.
