Lag, lag and more lag. My computer used to run perfectly. Now I disconnect several times every hour which I never used too. Also my playing ablilty is near to none now. I just have rapid bursts of attacks etc. My computer is shared between 3/4 people but 2 of them only use them for Msn/Piczo sites so I don't think its something they've done. I'm not very computer illiterate myself. Although I've run a full system scan and found nothing. I've done a system restore before. Still doesn't work. The only thing that I can pinpoint my Computers behavior on is a mallicious content file my fire wall picked up (Norton antivirus 2002). So of course I ran a full system scan and found nothing. I don't have any error messages that appear or anything like that. In the past I never used to install my updates but i've done that now. Still hasn't solved the problem. Btw, I don't know specs of my pc. But it's a Packard bell and about 5 years old..

Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated.

*Note I downlaoded AVG free and found 12 virsuses, I deleted them. please help!!
