Well i'm able to do System Restore but yet again, i'm getting problems. I can't get past this and every time i restart it comes right back up. How can i work around this? I don't know much about hard drives and stuff like that. Any easy ways to get past that?

BTW, it's Compaq Presario computer with Windows XP program.

This is actually a relatively common problem which have had solutions posted all over the forum.

Check this link.
Simple "ntldr is missing" fix with boot floppy or CD, then fix HD
