If all else fails... in this type of situation-- you should back up your registry...

and search for the previously-mentioned files -- if you can find the Corel folder & you have no
other Corel programs on your PC-- just right-click and delete the whole folder at once. Then run every search you can think of... like paintshop or Corel or Pro XI as individual searches. Delete anything else you find-- check the file path first, of course. THEN run CCleaner -- delete all it finds and REBOOT.
I have had instances like this... where the ONLY way to rid yourself of a stupid, frustrating problem is
to manually search the registry. It is a pain ... but it beats reinstalling windows AND all your other software.
