Exclamation im virus
My friend has been telling me that she has a virus... Today she left her computer and this IM was sent to me "hey is it alright with you if i put this picture of you on my egallery? http://***.bagijnhof.tudelft.nl/images/egallery/egallery.php?&view=image22.jpg" (plz dont click that) i kno that isnt her because she types in all caps...Does anyone kno how to fix this?

Have her run this tool:

Or if that doesn't help then have her follow the 'Prework' on her pc and post the logs from them in the HijackThis section.

If she has something that is targeted by AIMFix, then probably yes. If it isn't then that is what the prework and posting the logs from that is for.
