Lightbulb Help With PC Upgrade.

Hello people , i have just joined the forum's and am in need of some wise advice. I have a problem with my current system which is now old and tired, and most components will need upgrading to keep up with current times. The PC will not last much longer, and it's only a matter of time before something goes kaput. I think my hard rive has run out of steam a bit, and is making a small noise, so i feel that may need replacing. The RAM is too small for todays new software and will not let me play the new computer games i want to play, so that will need to be upgraded alot. While all these things might need replacing, i dont really have much money to do so. I know that RAM is fairly cheap. But if i wanted to get a new hard drive, and maybe other things that need doing, i worry that i might not be able to afford it. Which is why i cant buy a whole new PC. If anybody can help me with suggestion to what i need upgrading, and give me some examples of what i can buy for reasonable prices to give me maximun improvement..I would be very gratefull. My system information should be up the top.
Thanks!

Hi El Beano, and welcome to the PCHF!

The first question that you need to ask yourself, is what you want to be using your computer for?
The second question I'll ask you...is what is your budget?

I can only really give you good quality cheap recommendations, but as to how cheap, that's another thing, as I'm in australia...not sure of the exchange rates to pounds and what not...but if it's cheap for me here, it should be cheap for you there In theory.
