Every Time We Try To Scroll Down, Its Almost Like The Page Has Been Taken By A Time Lapse Camera And Scrolls Down As Such ... If You Can Picture What I Mean By That? ... Am Wondering If Its Some Kind Of Viral Thing Or If Its Something That Justs Needs Upgrading Or Something?? Its Kinda Odd!!

Yes very odd I would kiss that mouse goodnight
lol jk.. Could just be a quirky mouse. Go to control panel..and click mice and other stuff.. Click on mice and see if you can change how many pages it scrolls through

I know what you mean Bree, the problem is your video card drives either aren't installed, or a bit corrupt.

Before you install them, install your chipset drivers first.
