Default New PC keeps restarting itself

Hi.

I bought a new PC today (an Advent T9207 from PCWorld). The problem is that it keeps restarting itself ramdomly. I sent an error report to Microsoft and this page came up.

Anyone else had any problems with this system? It's the first time I've had an Advent and not really heard of the make before, so took a bit of a gamble.

Should I follow the advise on the link and contact PCWorld? Or if anyone has any advice, that would be great.

Thanks, Viper.

Hi there and welcome to the site.

I think that as the PC is absolutely brand new then the best course of action (so as not to effect the warranty) is to speak to (ugh!) PC World first thing in the morning. Better than that...box it up and return to the store you bought it from and get a replacement there and then!
