Question Shutdown not saving

Title sucks but anyway, whats happening is then when I shutdown the state of the machine isn't saving. When I restart it the language tool bar will come back on and my mouse won't work. Everything I turn on my computer, I have to turn off the Language Bar and unplug and plug my mouse in. It's not really a big deal, it doesn't effect my system in any way. It's just an annoyance. Any idea on how to make this stop?

Hi Guillaume,

Check your Event Viewer in Application or System for about the time that you shut down

See if there's any errors.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Event Viewer

Checked it. I didn't have any problems at shutdown. There are a few errors that occured while the computer was on, but none during the time I shut it down.
