difference between wav and mp3

i was wandering what the difference was between these to formats........................does wav have the same audio quality as 128 mp3 file?

Hi Brian.

WAV is an exact copy off a cd...and thus cannot be surpassed by mp3.

128mp3 is extremely low quality.
